Each post includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Hazel’s factual or production mistakes are corrected without using that round.
The details, clearly explained
Prices are in GBP per billing month. Confirm your subscription, start date and payment terms directly with Hazel. The plan buttons open an email, not a checkout.
You supply usable original photos, business details and suitable video clips for Reels. You download and publish the finished content yourself. Account management, automatic posting, on-site filming and paid advertising are not included. Enquiries, bookings and sales are not guaranteed.
A carousel counts as one post. Studio’s Story adaptations are vertical versions of that month’s approved posts, not extra original concepts. Specific requests use your included slots. Studio call times are confirmed by Hazel after you request a time.
Your allowance renews on your agreed billing date. Unused client-cancelled slots do not roll over. Work owed because of a Hazel delay remains owed.

01What do I need to provide?
Clear photos of your own work and a few useful details. For Reels, supply suitable video clips. We create from your material, so photography and on-site filming are not included.
02How do you get the style right?
Share your brand preferences and examples of what you like. We agree the style using your first delivered post before preparing the rest. Every post also includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief.
03Can I choose what you feature?
Yes. Share your monthly priorities or request a particular subject for an available slot before production starts. Requests use your included posts. You can also leave the choices to Hazel. Delivery-date changes are agreed with us.
04Do you publish the posts for me?
You download the finished content and captions from your private portal, then publish them yourself. Account management and paid advertising are not included.
05What if something needs changing?
Send your feedback through Your content in the portal. Each post includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Hazel’s factual or production mistakes are corrected without using that round. New concepts or extra posts are agreed separately.
06How do I get started?
Tell us your business name and social profile. We’ll discuss your content, agree the right plan, and confirm your start date and payment terms directly. There is no online checkout or automatic payment on this website.
